This policy sets out the ways in which Prostasia Foundation collects personal information from you when you use this website, and the purposes for which we will be using the information that we collect.
We record standard information about visitors to our website (such as their IP address and their browser type) for the purposes of website performance assessment and security analysis. This information will be aggregated and purged every 30 days.

The third party services that we use are:

- Facebook (to embed our Facebook and Instagram widgets in the sidebar)
- Twitter (to embed our Twitter widget in the sidebar)
If you are logged into these services, they will be able to track your usage of this website and link it to your identity. If not, they will still receive some anonymous information about your usage of this website. You can install a tracking blocker such as Privacy Badger if you want to avoid us sharing website usage details with these third party services.
Other than as described above, we do not share your information with third parties except as required by law.
If you sign up for our newsletter, we will retain your email address on file for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Donor and purchaser information
If you join as a member, donate to us, or purchase from our store, we will retain your information on file for purposes of processing your donations or purchases, and we will also invite you to subscribe to our newsletter.
Correction or removal of your data
You are entitled to receive a copy of any information that we hold about you upon request. If you require us to remove or correct any of the data that we store about you, we will be happy to do so.
